UK SHIPPING
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked48 service unless otherwise stated or requested. If you have specific requirements on postage, please get in touch via the Contact page before placing your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered your delivery address correctly. This will automatically be applied to your postage label. If you have made a mistake please contact me as soon as possible to have it amended before it's printed.
Delivery times depend on Royal Mail but generally items arrive within 72 hours of dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. Cut-off for same day dispatch is usually 2pm. You will be supplied with the tracking number via email once your order is on its way, so please ensure you check your junk mail for any messages relating to your delivery.
REST OF WORLD
For orders outside mainland UK, please order via the Etsy store. Search RetrographicaStudio on Etsy.com or on the Etsy app, or go to https://retrographicastudio.etsy.com
If there is anything on the main site which you can not find on Etsy, please get in touch - I may just to have got round to listing it on there yet.
Item pricing and shipping charges, taxes and any other import fees you may find on Etsy listings are essential to ensure your order reaches you safely, well packaged and (hopefully)without Customs issues. I can not control what extra charges and taxes Etsy apply to your order in your location. I have not had many issues with worldwide shipping via Etsy, apart from a couple of Custom delays here and there, which are beyond my control - and Etsy's. Any delays in Customs and border control are not something which can be accounted for and I am unable to offer refunds for anything that is simply delayed.
Processing Time & Studio Closures
Processing time for orders is usually same day is ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders from 2pm Friday to end of day Sunday will be processed on a Monday. Exceptions for Bank Holidays and other holiday periods such as Christmas. Max processing time is usually 3 days.
For personal holidays, Bank Holidays, public holidays and Christmas periods, I will usually post notice of any studio closures in advance, on the homepage and in Etsy shop announcements. I will also post on Instagram and can be easily contacted there for quick queries. Follow me on Instagram here. Postage & Packaging
I try to only charge necessary P&P to cover my costs on packaging materials and postage costs. If you live locally in Oxfordshire and would like to collect your order from the studio, please contact me prior to ordering and I will give you a discount code to remove the postage cost and giver you directions to the studio. Please note I do offer personal delivery, even locally - sorry!
I try to use recycled and re-used materials in my packaging - so you may receive some pre-used bubblewrap, card or paper fill in your package as necessary.
